Privacy notice

This notice explains what Software Outbound does with the details you give us through this site. We kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. We also record which page the request came from. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the Reachable Buyer Map you asked for or replying to your question. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any time, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Software Outbound who handle your request. We never sell your details, and we never rent or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only outside request your browser makes is to load the fonts.

Asking for deletion

You can ask us to show you what we hold or to delete it at any time. Write to jamie.bryant@softwareoutbound.co, or send the request through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
